Before you book
Service areaStudio Photuna currently accepts Metro Manila bookings only.
ReservationA 50% reservation fee is required before a date is blocked on the public calendar.
Reservation fee policyThe reservation fee is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another available date subject to coordination and availability.
Setup timeWe typically arrive 1 to 2 hours before the event start time for setup, testing, and coordination with the venue.
Extra hoursExtra hours are optional and limited to a maximum of 3 hours per booking request.
Booking FAQ
Does submitting this form reserve my date?No. Your date is reserved only after Studio Photuna confirms the booking and records the 50% reservation fee.
Can I request a date that is already unavailable?No. Dates marked unavailable already have an approved booking with reservation payment recorded.
How many guests should I enter?Use your realistic expected headcount. This form accepts 20 to 500 guests so we can plan the booth flow properly.
What if my venue is outside Metro Manila?Please contact Studio Photuna directly first. This booking page is currently configured for Metro Manila only.
